Every Sunday we set the tables and lay out a proper spread for brunch in the fire-lit restaurant. Oysters, Skagen toast, gravlax and entrecôte sliders, with the fjord outside the windows and a glass of bubbles if the mood calls for it. The kind of Sunday that stretches on in the best possible way.
